Vendor Information for Flagstaff Community Markets

Time again to turn in your 2010 season vendor applications. Please remember to include all three paperwork requirements: the signed market registration, market rules and indemnity agreement. Also please note that we are offering reserved space this year. After we receive your registration, we will contact you within 10 days.

Greetings Growers -

We are starting a week earlier this season. This year's market season will start on May 30 and run every Sunday through October 10 from 8:00am to 12:00pm. We are also continuing the Sunnyside Community Market location - Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm starting on July 7 and running a little longer, through September 22.

Returning vendors who had reserved spaces last year will get first priority this year and we will try and accommodate your location as best as we can. For vendors who did not have a reserved space last year and wish one this year, we are waiting until all returning reserved vendors are contacted until assigning spaces. In addition, we will not be confirming new "value added" vendors until April 15th and as usual, we will do our best to ensure that we have a balanced market. If you have specific questions about whether your product will be allowed into the market, please email or call me at 928 774-7781. Please remember, absolutely no resale of any items is permitted including water, drinks, supplements etc.

Please read and sign all registration related documents as we cannot allow vendors to sell without all the relevant documents such as Health Department and Tax ID numbers. These must be with you at every market.
